What is Holistic Counselling?
Holistic counselling is an integrative, whole-person approach that recognizes the deep connections between mental thought patterns, emotional experiences, physical health, lifestyle habits, and overall wellbeing.We work collaboratively to explore past experiences when they contribute to current challenges, gaining valuable insight while focusing on release, growth, and forward momentum. Sessions combine meaningful conversation with practical, actionable strategies—including functional meditation, nutrition and exercise guidance, positive habit formation, and effective ways to break unhelpful patterns.This results-oriented process empowers you with greater self-awareness, concrete tools, and measurable progress. You leave each session equipped to make positive changes that enhance your energy, mindset, relationships, and quality of life.
Holistic Counselling Is Not Psychotherapy
Holistic counselling is not psychotherapy. As a holistic counsellor, I do not diagnose, treat, or manage severe mental health disorders, clinical conditions, psychiatric illnesses, or any form of mental illness requiring medical or psychotherapeutic intervention. If you are experiencing severe mental health concerns, I strongly recommend seeking care from a qualified licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other appropriate medical/mental health professional.
